** A family includes  3 or more family members of the same family registering for the Bear Cub 1km or the Panda Bear 3km.**

Start Times and Location

• The Grizzly and Polar Bear 5 km & 10 km 9:00am
• The Bear Cub 1km 10:00am 
• The Panda Bear 3 km 10:15 am
  

The 1 km will have a turn-around point at the 500m mark. The 3 km will have a turn-around point at the 1500m mark. The 5 km will have a turn-around point at the 2500m mark and the 10 km will do 2 loops of the 5 km course.

Directions to site

Start & finish line will be located on the “north loop” on the Gatineau Parkway. Follow the path from the P9 parking lot to the Gatineau Parkway. We will have volunteers and signs to direct you to the race registration/pickup area as well as to the start and finish line.

Parking

Park your vehicle in the P9 parking lot. There will be volunteers there to assist with parking. There is also parking at P8 and you can walk along the north loop to the start. Please do not park on Meech Lake Road or in the Dunlop Picnic Area.
